The Challenge
A system of manually handling laboratory request is inherently difficult to manage. This is because the requestor will have their request in paper form and laboratories must also handle cash-payments to effectuate these requests.
The Outcome
A simple but neat and handy website that answers all the needs. This website allows Healthscope to better manage their laboratory requests and provide a convenient way for users to create requests through any electronic device, anytime and anywhere.
Online self-requested testing
The process of requesting laboratory tests are digitalised. Through Mytest, users can select the type of Laboratory test they wish to complete, pay online and print out their request from home. This eliminates the need of having to handle cash and reduce the time used in completing a laboratory request.
